• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I paid $288 with free shipping from a bike accessory shop. Value Accessories. It was substantially more from the Bajaron store on Ebay. Am I getting the real deal?

Direct from Ron

Sent Ron an email and received a invoice directly from the man. $288 was the price and should be here Thursday:clap:.
Now if I could figure out how to get it up to 22 inches. Looked at some lifts from Harbor Fright but they just don't get it there:banghead:

Sway Bar Love it.

Just got one on my 2015 RT. What a difference. :ohyea: Took a back road loop I use for enjoyment and feels really good.

Lift

Jack up in stages. Raise, set on jack stands. Lower Jack, add spacers, raise. Raise Jack stands. Do as often as it takes to get it high enough to do safely. You can put wood boxes under the wheels, made of plywood. Just be safe. 3 ton jack stands from harbor freight are less than 150 bucks. Once high enough, easy job. Worth the effort! Joe

I guess I'll try using the front forks on my backhoe to lift the spyder. Any suggestions on lift points? I've read some posts that point out a problem with incorrect drilling on the mounting blocks. Has that been resolved?

BTW Joe, I completed jump school in July of 1961. It's really hot in Ga. in July. I was in much better shape then! Airborne! :spyder:

I have the Harbor Freight lift. The trick is, you jack it up as far as it can go, then put jack stands under the Spyder, let the jack down and put a 4x4 on top. Then jack it up to the height you need.
