• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Options for XM radio

I just bought an RT-S and would prefer not to spend the $550 for the BRP XM unit. What other options are there, and can you control any of them through the control stalk and have the unit in the trunk?

I believe Lamont & others have posted that they can use an XM app on their iPhones & run it through the AUX input. Give the board a search and see what you come up with. It might be the solution you're looking for.

I mounted a thin car automobile unit in the "glovebox."

I had forgotten that I owned a sirius unit already, and found it fit fairly well in the glovebox. I had to drill one hole in the rear box to route the wires, and cut a notch in the edge of the glovebox for the wires as well. I cut the notch and reinserted the rubber on the glovebox to keep it pretty much watertight.

I do not change station soften, but rather than not being able to do so at all without dismounting the RT, I can now change stations at a light etc.
