• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hi Gang, usually don´t like to drive at night but I would like to add better regular lights/lighting without having to change much of the current connections. Is a RT Ltd and I have the Fog lights or high beams which are great but with the regular lights I find it necessary to upgrade to something better. Any ideas, suggestions from better light bulbs to Xenon...if OEM better...thanks in advance and happy riding...

CptJAM is looking at some LED headlights at the SEMA show. We will post if they seem to be a good option. I believe that he is purchasing some tomorrow and they will probably be installed on my Spyder next week.

Look at TRICLED. They have some nice led lights that mount to the front fender

Thanks!!!

Thanks to all....I am looking for something VERY PLUY & PLAY since I am in México, might have warranty issues and techs are not very well trained/versed on Spyders...grrrr :gaah:

If you can afford it go BRP HID.

I bought a base RT with the factory headlights. I had the BRP HID Xenon headlights installed along with the fog lights. The results were worth the high dollar price tag. If you have to do it yourself, go for it. BRP provides very good step by step instructions and if you own some 1/4" metric sockets and a Torx T-30 bit you can do it.

Call Harvey at Spyderpops, (501 627-4008), he was just showing me some new LED lights that go on the front of the "A" arms and are really bright.:thumbup:

Hi Ben, my Y has the fog lights or actually are the low beam and then the High beams but wondering if BRP has the better low beams. I see on the BRP catalog for 2013 that they have a high/low beam on xenon bud don´t see for 2014. Any clues/ideas?...thanks in advance...

Think Xenon Depot

I plan to install the Xenon Depot Extreme HID kit in my fog lights over the winter. I have gotten some wonderful and greatly appreciated advice on this site and would be glad to share it with you.
