• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Gee, thanks for the reminder of what is to come. :gaah::gaah: Rode almost 300 miles today in beautiful 65 degree bright blue sky weather. Pretty sure that is going to be the last long ride this season. Cold weather and maybe flurries coming this weekend. CT DOT was out today spraying bridges with calcium chloride (UGH). But if it stays dry, I'll still be out there all bundled up and happy. Can't complain, this Fall has been just great ryding weather here. Maybe I will get in a few more days :thumbup: before Great White goes into winter hibernation.
 
Winter??

Winter is about to hit the Sierra Nevada. The Ski resort above me opened today (but only one beginner lift). A series of storms is about to hit the Sierras and all the resorts will open soon. I CAN'T WAIT.

As much as I love to ride and ryde---- I've also been sking for almost 50 years and am also addicted to it.

Well good news for some and not so good for others..❄❄❄.:dontknow: ❄❄❄☃Sleds, skis ⛷ ice skates ⛸all come to mind though I still prefer to ryde the hills and will...Just have to add a jacket for the early morn and late evening....

After some errands get run with the Missus; I'm going to find me some roads! :thumbup:
 
Rode on Sat, today had to sweep the snow off the jeep.

Good news taking the bike to Daytona this Fri :yes::yes:
 
No white crap here but colder than a well diggers butt. 25 this AM. Think the riding is about done. :banghead:
