One Year Shout Out

Our garage has been home to the Spyder for 365 days and 11,013 miles. Mileage is 300 or so short of what I planned because of the Carolina monsoon we've been enduring. Anyway, my experience with the roadster compells me to issue a big shout out to the Spyder Lovers community and the forum participants who have shared so much information since I first began investigating the Y experience. Without your shared wealth of knowledge I might have made a marginally educated purchase decision that left me with a very poor impression of the Spyder genre as a whole. The tips I ppicked up about setting it up just the way I wanted have been invaluable. Meeting and associating with forum members in real life at Spyderfest and other venues has been big fun that I am confident will continue.

As far as the machine itself is concerned it has been just what I expected after my only test ride -- a ton of fun! The only mechanical has been a parking brake motor that was replaced under warranty. The most common compliment about the Spyder, "I love the color!"

Bravo Zulu, folks! Let the good times keep rolling!

always good to know that it is what you expected it to be and then some. I never even test rode the spyder and bought the only one one the floor and could not be happier with the decision....:thumbup: and as you said will keep on rolling...:2thumbs:hyea:hyea:
