• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

While waiting for my hitch and new trailer lid to be delivered, the salesman, who took my deposit on #0217, called me on Friday and asked if I could pay the balance, $31 thou and change, before the end of January. He stated to me, " I would receive my commission at a higher rate." I have not taken delivery because of the trailer lid and hitch. I asked him if he would pay for a cigarette lighter install, then I would gladly pay the balance in full prior to Feb 1st. He told me that he could not do that. Now, since I ordered the RTS-PE #0217 I have got a few things done as a courtesy from the dealer manager. But this was, at the very least, BALLSY of the salesman. He then proceeded to call my cell every couple of hours, Friday evening and all day Saturday. I never answered his calls. What's your take?, fellow Spyder's.
 
I think I would be talking to the dealership manager about this salesperson, and the harrassment they are putting you through. That is very nervy on their part. On the other hand, you should now feel free to ask them what the difference is between the "full" and "regular" commission.

Please tell me you are kidding 31gees for a cigarette lighter i guess he did not need the commission that bad. dumb ass.
 
Salesperson Harassment

I deal with consumer complaints worldwide for my company. Three suggestions: 1) call the General Manager and let them know they haven't delivered the Sypder and trailer so why pay until they are available.
2) if he treats you like the salesperson file a complaint with the State Consumer Affairs division and Better Business Bureau; and 3) decide if the management of this dealership is where you really want to do business.
