Looks like Spidy lost that fight. Yeah, she wasn't any help. There have been issues with these "characters" in Time Square bullying people into taking pictures etc.

the way the story goes, spider man was a street performer and took a picture with some people. after the picture a tourist wanted to give him a dollar, he refused the dollar and told the person that he only accepts a 5 or 10 or more. i guess at that point a argument ensued and the officer stepped in and spider man punched the cop in the face.

now as far as i am concerned, she should of stopped calling for help and helped her partner who was now in a fight. with another police officer in trouble in the city for a choke hold that killed a man i am guessing they are all worried about confrontations

Her instructions were probably call for help and then help. A good idea. Get backup started and hope you don't need them.
