• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

On a lighter note

Well, as I continue to pile the miles on my new RT, I have now had two tanks of non-etoh gas in the bike, with the following results:

Tank #1, unk, because who knows what the dealer put in it, or how much.
Tank #2 146 miles and 3.972 gallons of fuel
Tank #3 157 miles and 3.271 gallons of fuel

I'll let you do the math - but a happy camper I am!!

I wish that I had access to some some non-ethanol fuel here!

Lucky..!!

glad things are working so nicely for you. Wish we could get the ethanol free gas and the higher than 91 octane. We can get racing fuel but you know what that costs...enjoy..!! :ohyea::ohyea:

Check the Pure-Gas app - non-etoh gas is usually available at most marinas. In San Diego:

Crown Point Auto Center [858-866-0230]
3804 Ingraham S

I don't know if that's anywhere close, but at least it IS available....

Good mileage results for sure. I am consistently getting between 38 - 40 mpg depending on how I flog it. Last tank for me was 39 mpg and change. (2014--1330 ACE).

Yeppers, 92 octane junk gas is around $4.10 over here. 3rd or 4th highest in the nation - diesel is actually cheaper out here.

BTW, I forgot to mention that I was blown away at the new location of the oil dipstick on the 2014 RTs - UNDER THE SEAT! Why couldn't they have done that from the get go???
