Being a victim already, major in 2012 & another last yr im redneck predisposed for

less prisons & more fertilizer. Recycle the money into something useful we can even sale the fertilizer to countries in need rather than the charitable hand out program we are hated for already. Namely a quick program to replace all the topsoil at Chernobyl to prove product , & benefits. Again fyi im just a redneck.
