• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Oklahoma Spyder Riders

I just passed the Trike class in Florida for the Trike Endorsement. Do you know what the DMV requirements are for the state of Oklahoma?

I hope to purchasing a Spyder in 2 weeks - when I return to OK from FLA.

Thank you.

welcome as far as I know only 2 states do not require a motorcyle license for the spyder California is one of them. I know Oklahoma is not the other; but not sure which one.

welcome

Here is the link to Oklahoma's DPS. It appears to be very similar to Texas's endorsement requirements. I would recommend taking the MSF class to waive the riding test, study the manual and take the written test. This is what I did and had no problems. In Texas, there is no endorsement distinction between motorcycles (trikes, Spyders, two-wheels, etc.).

If you already have a motorcycle endorsement on your current driver's license, it should be added to your license when you apply in Oklahoma. You didn't say which state you are registered in. I am assuming Florida.

Hope this helps.
