I had a great time and enjoyed visiting with everyone---old friends and new friends. I am well aware of all the work that goes into putting that large of an event together.

So while I was there I took a bunch of pictures----stuff that I liked.
One thing worthy of note was when Scotty came to me for help. Seems he had a timing problem that he couldn't get his hands on. I got into my tools and found a fix for him. He really appreciated the help----He has helped so many it felt good to be the one helping him. Hope you find that picture.
I took pictures of what was going on for those not there----I have a pictures of a spyder rider swimming in the lake---he came out and said--"you have no idea how cold that water is" ---Duh--like I am going to jump in to find out. Met 9fingers (Gary) north of Springfield He was returning from a ride out to Wyoming. We had lunch together--I left before the bill came---so I guess I will be hearing from him soon.
Anyway each picture has a good memory and a story behind it.
As usual the order is mixed up and I have no idea how to fix that.
The last pictures are first---o well.
About the ride home-----WET WET WET----I had my yellow Frogg Toggs on---my X-friends said I looked like the biggest banana they have ever seen. They made me ride way in the back so that I would not embrass them.

Sorry to hear you got wet on the way home. We stayed (just) ahead of the rain, ourselves. It was dull here last night without you! We sure had fun in Chicago when you were around.

Your repair is probably still under warranty. But I bet the parts will be on backorder though.

Before you ask Spydergene for help with an electrical problem you may want to know that he put a piece of electrical tape on Scotty's watch band as a fix.

Rumor has it he used the same electrical tape to fix his VCR flashing 12:00 all the time.... :roflblack:

Proof is in the slide show pictures he sent in-----GENE'S HANDS AND SCOTTY'S HAND AND WATCH BAND. Being taped.

Everything Gene said was true but its as tho he was running for office... you know with those politicians you sometimes have to dig a bit to find the 'truth'.....


Gene also must have been using that over-heated insulin again because he thought his name was Deb (see the pic of him grabbing her award...).:roflblack:

I don't care what they say about ya Gene---- I'll vote for ya! (twice considering we were in IL----).
