• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

OK genius's - What is this and where does it go?

I dunno that it is the Frunk Liner (which goes inside the Frunk, ie, under the lid at the front of your Spyder & forms the box that you put things in - FRont trUNK = FRUNK) but it's pretty hard to see the detail on my small screen with glare in those pics?! :dontknow: Any chance you take & post pics with better detail contrast that didn't have the camera aimed at a window/bright light like that?? :dontknow:

They both are from MY CanAm Spyder RT
And what Glare?

There's a glare or white haze emanating from the window behind the table/bench/whatever those things are sitting on, and in all of my (tiny, small, & small-ish) screens, that glare/bright light wipes out all the detail of whatever the black objects sitting on the table might be. :banghead:

It might be better if you stand between the light from the window and the table/whatever they're sitting on, then use a flash to highlight & fill in the detail of the objects; or maybe just point the camera at them from the side; but at the very least, don't point the camera directly at the window during daylight hours like it appears to be in those pics; but with them back-lit by a bright light as they are, leaving them pretty much completely washed out in glare & haze to the extent that I (& probably at least some others??) can't tell too much about them apart from their general outline & that they're coloured black, there's not much detail that I can see apart from them having an opening at each end forming a sort of tube or tunnel and there's a couple of holes in one side of the tube/tunnel bit!! :dontknow:

Looking back through your posts, it appears that you are rebuilding / repairing the front of a 2011 RT. If you have two of them, they look like the intake ducts on either side of the nose of your RT. That tunnel on the right and left side that ports airflow to your radiator and oil cooler.

P.S. Use your phone camera and take pictures before and as you take stuff apart, to help in putting it back together.

Thankyou so much

Are you thinking #s 17 and 18 in the parts fiche? That's what they look like to me. The window glare in #1 and the light bouncing off the counter top in #2 make it hard to tell details.

That’s a bit agro toward people who are trying to help you based on zero background (not even a year and model) and poor photos, Kooler. Looks like Snowbelt has found the answer for you after doing some research himself on which model you are working on and what you are doing on it. Great effort, Snowbelt:thumbup:

OK
I never seen any Glare
But if I you see it as agro
SO BE IT

It would be different for the before 2013 and after 2013 model, but this is what it looks like on a 2018 when the frunk is completely removed.

I don’t see any glare. I’d put them in the spare parts bin. If you removed them you should know where they go.
