• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just about ready for the 3000 mile service on our 2020 RTL. Does anyone have a dealer in Ohio that they trust?

From a makeshift :thumbup::barf:list collecting & attemping

:thumbup: Johnny K's in Warren, Ohio and especially in Lodi, Ohio. Great service, sales and alaround customer support.
:barf:in Niles Oh person was ignored & when finally attended to the warranty item was rejected without even checking status. Only 6-7 months old, still had warranty

Hartford Cycles

Located in Hartford, Ohio. Address 7132 St Rt. 305. Phone 3303-772-2731. He is an independent dealer, but he has BRP software to update warranty work and has many, many Spyder customers. I have used him for oil changes and I know of many other Spyder owner that have used him and they say nothing but GREAT things about him and his works. Goo luck.

Honda, Suzuki, Can Am of Jackson have done me well, but they do stay busy so an appointment may take awhile.

Not Octane of Eastgate. They left a torx bit driven into the allen head drain plug.

Thanks. These things are good to know. I don’t mind paying good money but I expect good service and it’s hard to find.
