• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

OFFICIAL SPYDERFEST 2013 REGISTRATION April 24-28, 2013

shirts

I registered at the Best Wesatern and they new nothing of the event or special rates. Also registered for the event for myself and friends but they only offer XL Tea shirts. I think this will be a problem. Their is a bunch of us over that size. Last year they offered 2X which worked. Please check this out. Bob

[SUP]I registered for the husband and myself--sent note to "contact us) Spyderlady about shirt size, and she was very prompt to assure me she could up-size the shirt. Ask and you shall receive!!

It is happening right now!!

MoGang is RIGHT NOW meeting and planning and planning and refining and making it even better everything connected to Spyderfest 2013. Oh I so want to be a little mouse in that room because number one they have fun doing what they're doing and number two we who attend Spyderfest 2013 will reap the re-wards. Soooooooo exciting. Go MoGang and Pitbull Powersports. Bring it on fun time of the year coming up in April Spyder lovers and those who just want to see what it's all about.:yes:

Seth, I will be posting registered weekly. Waiting for beginning list which will be up in a day or two, then weekly. I believe we are close to 200 if not over. Let the FUN begin:yes::yes: Can't wait to see you again and watch the races:yes:

I have registered a while back for the event. Do I need to register my wife? What is the benefit in registering her? She doesn't want a shirt and just wants to tag along.

We really need both of you to register. If she will be passengering behind you on rides and wanting to eat the meals provided and participate in events (with you) we would need her to register.

Best to stay in Cuba, Ozark or Springfield MO. ? To be close to everything thats happening ?

Thanks
The event is in the Ozark mo and the Hotels are blocked off on the edge os springfiled mo about 5miles from the event....about the same distance as it was last year from the event location to the hotel . WWW.spyderfest.com has a list of blocked off hotels:thumbup:

DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS!

Well yesterdays meeting of the MoGang was a "fun filled", "worked filled" :gaah:time of planning. The agenda is starting to come together but still need to finalize and confirm some of the venues. Keep you eyes out for the schedule of events which will be posted as soon as everything is confirmed. The party is comming soon, so get registered and make those room reservations ASAP. Some of the hotels are all ready filled and you don't want to miss out.

Cancelled RV Site Lodging

I cancelled my rv site lodging, I found a little cottage in the historical district for $250 fully furnished, breakfast next door. I guess it pays to look around first, I am so looking forward to this trip.

Just made my reservations for SpyderFest at the Hampton Inn South on Glenstone St. Rates are a little more but I always try to stay at Hampton's. According to the hotel they are 5 min. from the Comfort inn. Will be registering shortly. Made it to SF in 2011 so am looking forward to this one.

so can you give us the exact location of where the event is being hosted/vendors at address and where are the dinners/lunches being held addresses?

WOW, 369 members registered in the first week!!!!! With this many Spyders coming to Springfield it will never be the same again.

Just signed up for Spyderfest IV, our 2nd pilgrimage to the Spyder mecca. I hope we meet many old and new friends on Rte 66! Staying at the La Quinta South.
