• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Odd clink clank

Loving life

Anyone remember pinning a baseball card to your bicycle spokes to get that "cool" clickety clack sound? How fun! Well not so much when a similar sound is coming from the back of your Spyder 2011 RT when slowing to a stop in first gear! Been on a trip from NE Iowa to Kanab Utah to Phoenix AZ and about the fourth day I began to notice a loud click click click when applying the brakes. No warning lights on dash...no problems breaking.....no problems shifting......and only happens after a long ride in hot temperatures. Odd. Drove to dealer in Phoenix but not well received so called the trusty folks at Pit Bull and the mechanic made numerous suggestions for what it possibly could be...but to no avail. Now looking for a TRUSTWORTHY mechanic who won't rip me off.....in the Scottsdale/Prescott AZ area and who won't treat me "like a girl"! Any advice, recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have had a couple of services and BajaRon's sway bar installed at Apache Motorcycles in Mesa Az. My service adviser was David Walls who was very friendly and helpful. Hope this helps.

Clinky Clack

I had the same noise on my 2011 RT-S at 3,600 miles. You probably have around 3,000K on your bike or more. The dealer found that the rear wheel was misaligned and that caused the rear wheel bearings to fail. Take it to your dealer and have him look at the rear wheel alignment. My dealer replaced bearings under warranty and everything is ok.
