No rain in the forecast for now.

....Today we finally received a rain shower. So now we are scheduled for off and on all day rain. We really need the rain as the yard is extremely dry and brown.

Currently 63°F with some rain showers.
High of 75°F. Low of 46°F.

Thursday 10/13/22

....Good Morning to you, currently 44°F with some rain showers. Yesterday we received about a tenth of an inch of rain. Definitely could use a lot more rain. Indiana is now under a fire watch. Hopefully people will be very careful about starting a fire. This time of year is high fire alert.

Today only 59°F and cloudy. Low of 32°F .....:yikes:

Back on Oct. 6th I reported that was probably my last " FUN ride " ..... Well Mother nature changed her mind and gave me a few more days to enjoy ..... So I did ... yesterday I did 160 smile miles, went up to Jay Vt. and bought gas at $3.69 a gal. :clap::clap:..... in Vt. that's a real bargain ..... Mike :thumbup:

Maybe get some rain showers tonight. The leaves are turning and many have already dropped.

Well it's 34 degrees here in the Minneapolis and Saint Paul area. Unfortunately we got about a half inch of that dreaded white stuff over night. They're forecasting rain/snow showers for most of today. Time to clean up the Spyders and get them ready for hibernation. Bummer.

Thunderstorms all day today in the desert S.W. The sky is currently real black with flashes of lightning. Heavy rain falling. Temperature is 79 degrees and will not get much warmer. The low overnight will be 63. Good day to sit back and watch a little college football and have a bowl of soup for lunch. Stay safe..... Jim

Weekend Weather 10/15/22

:chat:...A beautiful sunshine day and more. Currently 54°F, no rain in the forecast. Going to be another great Weekend here in Indiana. Farmers are busy with the harvest, some are even working 24/7.

Today's high was 60°F, with sunshine. Low of 39°F.
The Sunday high will be 63°F with sunshine, low of 33°F.

Yesterday's rain brought 2-3 inches of the wet stuff to the desert S.W. Today it is partly cloudy. No rain expected. Humidity is at 83% and it is 68 degrees. We're headed for a high temperature of only 74 today. Low overnight will be 58. By tomorrow we will be back to the low to mid 80s with bright sunshine. Stay safe..... Jim

Monday 10/16/22

...I can't believe that it's already Monday. (10/17/22) We enjoyed our weekend so much, I hope you had a good time.
The leaves are at peak colors in Indiana. Currently cloudy and 39°F.

A lot more corn has been harvest and shipped to market. Several Farmers are saying this was a great year. I sure hope so, we need some good news.

Today only 44°F and cloudy, low of 30°F.
Oh man, that is the coldest for this Season. .....:helpsmilie:

It's currently 72 degrees here in the desert S.W. We're headed for a high of 84 today. Wind is at 8 MPH and humidity is 41%. There are no clouds. Beautiful and typical day for us for this time of year. We are currently in the energy savings, in-between, time of year. It's cool enough to not need air conditioning but warm enough to not need the furnace. It would be nice if this lasted all year. But, alas, that's not to be. Stay safe..... Jim

We are up for December temps the next three days. Leaves are starting to get a lot of color now...but maybe a week or so for full color.

Supposed to hit 27 tonight. Enough for a hard freeze warning to be given by the weather service. Fri, and Sat are supposed to be back to "normal." That would be high 70/ low 80's.

Going to be another fine day for me. I probably should take the wife's car to the car wash.

Currently it is 86 degrees here in the desert S.W. The high today will be 88. Humidity is 20% and there is a 2 MPH breeze. The low overnight will be 60. There are a few high white wispy clouds but nothing that blocks the beautiful sunshine. Good comfortable day in the desert. Stay safe..... Jim

...Finally Friday and the sun is shining, currently 43°F. Sure makes my day and definitely need some 'wind therapy' time.

Today 71°F with sunshine and low humidity (44%).
Low of 50°F. Get out there and Ryde if you're able.

We are back to the "good stuff." High 70's/ low 80's through Monday. Tuesday says low 60's. Color is getting better.
