There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

You may be right Roger. It happened so fast I did not have any chance to react at all. Thinking about it after. I think I know what happened. He was waiting for me, hiding in the tall grass in the ditch. I think he planned to chase me. His timing was real bad and ran out in front of me, instead of behind me.

It looks like $650.00 in parts. Called the dealer and ordered them. My deductible is $1000.00 so it's all on me this time.

Not to be a dick but if you know who's dog it was/is.. It's their responsibility to pay for the repairs on your machine.

Long story quick fix.
Hit the dog on Monday nite. Assuming I had $1000.00 deductable, I order parts to fix it my self on Tuesday. Wednesday nite I looked up my insurance policy and was surprised to find my deductible was $500.00. Looked at past policies it appears the deductible was lowered when I traded in my 09 for the 13. :dontknow: Called the insurance company on Thursday morning. Made arrangements to take it to the dealer so the adjuster could look at it there on Friday morning. Trailered it to the dealer Thursday afternoon. Dealer told the parts are all in and they were ready to start on it when adjuster gave them the go ahead. Friday morning the adjuster looked at it and approved the repair to proceed. Friday afternoon I picked it up all fixed and shiny again. :clap:

Too bad about the dog, but I am very pleased how fast it got fixed.
I stayed the extra nite in Sherbrooke and left Tuesday morning in the rain. First stop it was full sun and I took off all the rain gear. Second stop it was so hot I was down to my t-shirt. Hit Toronto early rush hour. Almost sailed right through on the 401. It was slow only a couple kms. Had to stop and put the jacket back on as it was starting to cool off before I got home.
