• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We did it again. We purchased Spyder #7 for Linda as a Christmas Present.

She is getting a new 2020 F3L (dark) in Magma Red. We are sending the 2014 RT-S off to trade-in land. It's a good one with 45,235 miles and has been trouble free for us. Someone will get a nice 2014. Also has car tires put on 10 K miles ago.

Once again, we made the purchase from iMotorsports. This will be our second purchase from them. We were able to work out a good deal that both were satisfied with.

Now the anticipation for delivery. Will hear from them sometime today. Bought it with just the signature light, short reach handlebars, and brake position #2. When she gets 3,500 miles on it, off to Spyderpops for the farkleing. She has a wish list with $1K of lights and bling. I am guessing March/April for that.

I will post a picture when delivery happens.

Congratulations! :congrats:

Altho...... as someone who's still the owner of their first RT, I do think this 'continually upgrading' thing might be becoming juuust a little worrying?!? :dontknow: Is it perchance a 'just can't make up your mind' thing; or maybe it's just cos you like the 'new Spyder' smell?? :roflblack:

Doesn't iMotorsports sell the BEST warranty for $671 or less? Anyone know who sells for less than $671?

New Spyder

:coffee: As they say "Happy Wife = Happy Life".

:shemademe_smilie: Wishing you all the best. Enjoy your Spyder Ryde Times. .....

That looks like the price from iMoto. Berts was the other one that I know of. For best price at iMoto, mention you are from SL.

Awesome. That sure is a killer color that I really like. I also have purchased 2 Spyders from iMotorsports. Good people to deal with.

She is a luck dog:congrats:!!!! And in my color, I am blue in envy:thumbup: Have fun, enjoy!!!!

Congratulations! I think Linda will love the F3L. I also have a 2020 2020 F3L Dark in Magma Red. It is a great upgrade from my 2009 RS. If you make the trek to South Dakota, we may have to get together for a ride.

She has been driving my F3 for the last couple months. When we decided to trade off the 2014, we just parked it and I put more miles on the Vulcan. A meet up sounds good if travel opens up.

I have the early 21 version. Love the color. Did the fog lights, w/s, fender lights, tank bra, and under hood light.

Congratulations on the new purchase. I think you answered my question in the post above. But I was just wondering that since you have a 2019 F3 Limited, if you guys had considered the new version of the RT? If she has been riding yours, I see how she became addicted to it, but was just wondering if she gave the 2020 and up RT a test ride? I also bought my 2016 F3T from Imotorsports and the transaction was flawless. They even delivered it to me while I was on vacation. But with the new looks of the new RT, I will be strongly considering that one when the time comes. I did a couple of test rides, and the ride was super smooth. But I cannot see giving up the added acceleration that I get from my larger sprocket on my 2016 F3T. I am also concerned about some of the quality things that I am seeing, like fitment and rusting bolts on the new ones.
