• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Now Why Did They Do This??

there is one perfect place for the key
IN THE IGNIION, TURNED TO THE RIGHT, WITH THE WIND IN YOUR FACE SO HARD, THAT THE KEY IS NEVER LOOKED AT

Great sentiments we can all identify with. Gotta ask this, though, do you have a standby location for the key if it doesn't start the engine? :banghead:

I still have trouble understanding people's complaints about the Spyder key and keychains. The key slips into the sheath, which is on a keychain. No problem.

Yes, it is different, but no less effective. It just takes a different mindset to get used to it. Their design protects the area around the ignition switch from scratches by the key chain and any other items on it. In my opinion, what they have done works better than the traditional method. The only drawback is if the sheath wears and no longer hold the key securely. I have not yet had that happen.
Got to agree with you, Mark.
