• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

now this is way cool

Cuznjohn, that thing is definitely a 'hard-tail' & I'm not at all sure that the front forks would be doing any real 'suspension' or 'shock absorbing' work, probably not much steering either!! It could be great fun on a long stretch of flat, downhill (in a nearly straight line), or even on a ski-jump, but I really wouldn't like to be too near the first fairly tight turn it needed to make or where it'd land after catching some air over another set of tracks in the snow or possibly the shadow cast by a matchstick! Anything like that'd probably bring a whole new meaning to 'terminal velocity'!! :yikes: :banghead:

The second one (from Bob) looks like it'd be a whole lot more fun - it'd almost certainly give you a more comfortable ride as well as being capable of some exciting speeds & carving turns!! Where can I sign up for a test ride??
