• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Now that Winter is shutting down our riding...

...What sort of WinterTime projects have you been holding in order to help you maintain your sanity during this "Dark Spell"?
Will it be normal maintenance, or are there some farkles waiting in the wings?
I'll be adding some additional turnsignal indicators out in the mirror housing. I've taken this long to attack this one because I wanted to make the addition without
cutting into the viewing area of the mirror itsefl
I've also got one of Ron's Anti-Sway bars on order. I can't wait to see what it takes to stuff it up under the front end of the bike! :yikes:
Some GlowRyders for the front wheels; remotely operated; of course!
A Nautilus horn will soon be lurking under the front Tupperware so that I can really tick off the neighbor's dogs...

This is just what's either already here, or on it's way... I'm sure that I can find even MORE trouble as time allows!

So what have you folks got planned? :dontknow:

Not much going on with me during the "Dark Spell" this year. Both Spyders are farkeled as much as I intend at this point. I will probably add the comfort seat that I purchased earlier for Linda and get both :spyder2:'s polished up pretty for their first rydes in the spring.

At this point: only 124 more days and counting until April 1st.

Winter is when we will ride our Spyder MORE - on account the bikes will be parked due to salt and sand on the twisties. I just finished the Givi topcase & sidecase setup, might tweak it some more if there is time. May take the comfort seat to have it custom contoured. But mainly if it's above freezing and there's no snow or ice; the Spyder gets out.
