November Ride in Upstate NY

Packed the Spyder away in the garage this past week. However, the nice weather today and coming this week had that baby unpacked quickly and out on the road for some windy air today. What a gorgeous day for riding!

It's my wife's Bday today. She thought our riding days were over until Spring time. I brought her out to the driveway for a "surprise." The Bronze Bomber was rumbling and waiting. Enjoyed the nice country side and stopped at a farm store for some hot cider. Life was great today!

It is only going to get better, the weather is suppose to be great this week. I think I am going to ride to Syracuse on Saturday for the veterans event at the fairgrounds, I am hoping the weather holds out.

Looking like half day friday

I'm planning to take half day Friday and do little riding. Not sure where yet, but it really doesn't matter. I might head down and do a trip through the southern tier.

Took the wife on a spyder ride out to Pratts Falls for a little picnic yesterday, and will be riding into work in Syracuse for most of the week - supposed to hit 70s this week!

I'm thinking I'm going to hold out until Thanksgiving before I put it too rest for the season...

Gorgeous riding all week I hope. I have Fridays off so I may do a ride over to Ingles Performance to see about a repair
estimate...and see the latest toys.

I did see another RT(Red) this morning in Syracuse around 7am. Waved. Once in a while I see some around Syracuse but
not sure if they have found the SpyderLovers home yet.

Was looking forward to riding all week, & Saturday in the Vet's. parade at the NY state fair in Syracuse, NY. Yesterday I tore the hamstring in my left leg. ER. last night thigh wrapped & ice pack wrapped on my thigh. Using crutches to move around. PT. being scheduled in the near future, don't know when yet. hope it won't take long to heal.

Where to today?

Rode to Binghamton yesterday. Not a cloud in the sky, absolutely gorgeous. I'll be out again today working my way around the Finger Lakes region. Probably Geneva, Elmira, and over to Sayre. Trying to squeeze in every last minute of great weather riding for the year.

Yesterday was gorgeous. Kicking myself for not being able to ride to work this morning as the
insurance adjuster has to take pictures of :spyder2:in my driveway. Will definitely be back on it
for tomorrow...then drop it off at Bibbens for what I hope is a quick repair time. Ugh cages suck.
