We got two new toys this year, my wife got her Spyder and I got a new snowblower. I swiped her Spyder regularly all summer. I did the few mods, and I even cleaned and polished it for her. She has yet to take my new snowblower for a spin. That hardly seems fair!

The least she could do is play with my toy like I so kindly did for her. I'm beginning to think I got the short end of this deal. Heehee!

The answer is in your post; "short end of the deal". You put the 1" riser on the Spyder and didn't put one on the snow blower. The snow blower is too short for her.
