• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I put a new pipe on bike 2009 gs. I have a power commander with autotune that was on bike when I had two brother pipe. Now that I have switched to different pipe bike doesn't come out first sometimes or gets stuck other gears. Also when I'm slowing down bike isnt downshifting til I.come to.complete stop. Do I need to reset power commander or is it my transmission

Don't know..!!

to much about the se models but don't think the pipe will affect the shifting. Mostly the running rich or lean but the shifting would be the transmission. Hope others can shed more light on the subject..good luck.. :dontknow:

Most shifting issues on the SE5 are caused by low oil level. You may want to check to see if it needs a little more oil, or it could be time for an oil change. If not, then there could be a problem with your gear position sensor (GPS) which you will need to see a dealer about. Best of luck.

When mine did this it was because it was due for an oil change. The one time that didn't fix it it was my paddle shifter. It wasn't making contact like it should. I replaced the box and it run like a top. Hopefully yours is a simple fix too.
