• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

although the kendas on the front of my 2012 rts still have a lot of tread after right on 12,000 miles. (which ain't many miles for a 12). I looked at the date they were made, 4811. this gives me justification to order me some new slippers.

I would usually just keep an eye on the rubber for checking and cracking...
But fresh rubber is never a bad thing!

Well...

It's a choice although the date of manufacture is one thing but when it went into use and how it was used is a more important point. If they were trying to sell you the tires now never used I would run. But if they went into use and regularly used I would be fine with them till they showed the wear marks. I got 33,000 miles on my front kendas and mine was a 2012 so probably a similar manufacturing date. We do ryde all year long so no storage time. Still your choice to keep going or get new slippers....
