• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

North Korea agrees to trade away nuclear weapons for Krispy Kreme franchise

If Kim is smart, he'd have that Krispy Kreme set up in his house. Who could make war when feasting on those warm melt-in-your-mouth donuts? :2thumbs:

But Patti...

Who hasn't tried a Krispy Kreme doughnut, and thought:
"Wow! I would "Kill or Be Killed", for THESE!"

NO WAY! if we can't have krispy kreme in ny i don't want to see them in north korea:gaah::mad:
the only time i can have them is when my sister in law visits from ga.

We finally got a Krispy Kreme here in Anchorage. They have tied to screw up every order I have bought there. The donuts etc. are great. The help needs work--much work.

Once you've had a Krispy Kreme: you'll wonder why anyone else wastes their time trying to make doughnuts... nojoke

I would agree except . . . . I don't like them from the grocery store. We are a couple hours from the nearest place that serves them fresh (Wichita) and the ones in the store may as well be from the store bakery. But if you get them at a KK store, where you can watch them being made, buy a dozen and sit down right there and eat some, you'll think you were in Heaven!

When I worked in north Atlanta, now and then they'd bring in fresh KK doughnuts - still warm - and sell them to raise money for charity. They sure made those work days more tolerable.

A few years ago one KK was opened in Eden Prairie. At first there were long lines of customers waiting to buy. I think it was open for about a year before it had to close it's doors due to lack of customers.
I did go there once, but I did not care for them. We have a YoYo bakery that makes far better donuts!

Think we had one in Albany NY for a few yrs. Closed due to lack of sales.

BTW, I never tried one.

Right out of the cooker, Krispy Kreme are OK. If they are one day old, the navy can put them in survival kits for shark repellant. :roflblack:
