• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

NorCal rally

Hi Ray,
I wish we had made the time to let you take a spin on my :spyder2: . You'll like the flash.

And to all the folks who think the :spyder2:'s are not reliable------ not one problem at the rally ( with many thousands of miles driven).

I have heard that Spyders weren't reliable, but comments like these help keep my mind at ease.

For this trip I put n 3823 miles in 16 days, through some very desolate roads. This is the forth year we have been to the rally from Kamloops B.C. Canada. I have never once been concerned about the spyder, and already have plans for next year. I have 2017 RT-S with over 30,000 miles on it. (only get to ride 6 months of the year due to winter). I have had one problem with a cam position sensor last year. Over all, VERY happy with the bike.

Make sure that you have a great dealer that knows what they are doing and you should be trouble free. We have in the last 2 years made trips of 4500 miles, and 6800 miles. Not one issue at all. I mean NOTHING! Like Ray said we drove some real back roads ( you could hear dueling banjos playing in the background ) and we will do it again soon ( Kamloops here we come ). Jus keep up on the required maintenance keep your tire pressure where it needs to be, don’t hit any rocks, and you will have miles of smiles!

You guys are welcome anytime, but if you want to ride, I'd wait till spring. Last week it was only 39 deg f on the way to work, and only got to 44f as a high. Wifi terminal is coming.....
