• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

No more excuses.......

Caution..!!

Can be done. Just hit parts straight on and preferably downward. If you simulate rain or driving in it you will have no problems. As stated keep a distance. On the other hand you don't have to wash your unit this way. You can use the garden hose...

I am not doubting your word but, my HD and Spyder dealer said the same thing as Spyderjockey,s dealer. They said there might be an area that you might not be able to clean with the pressure washer and the salt and salt dust that is left on it is hard on the metal parts. I don't know, maybe this is my excuse not to ride if there is a lot of salt or snow on the ground. I have heated clothing and use it when I ride in the fall and winter but when there is salt on the road it stays in doors.

FWIW - a post on the subject that may validate their statement and more.

Up here you must bring your gardan hose in/drain it for the winter because it will surely freeze and split.

Randy I have a question for you, after you did a magnificent job at the spray wash. Pray tell how did you ride it home and keep it clean? :roflblack:

Its not the dirt, it's the salt I worry about, it gets every where in those hard to clean places and just rots away.
