• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

No More Cat Delete for Me

On the RLS cat delete, where does the substrate baffle install?? The intake and outlet on the cat delete are larger diameter and it appears the item will fall into the resonator??

I changed the exhaust, intake and fuel/air controller for more sound on the 2006 Harley Road King I used to own. Then I grew up.

Ricky, owner/mfger of RLS told me to drill and tap a 1/4-20 hole into the inlet end and use a 1/4-20 bolt to put pressure on the baffle to hold it in position. I also put a nut on the outside to lock the bolt in position.

Here is some thing for you all to read

Plus one on that!! Everytime I read that the 1330 needs "backpressure" for low end torque I question the origin of this... I pulled apart a stock cat and trust me, there is little to no restriction inside. The muffler is more restrictive. (I've measured both with a digital manometer under WOT) You'd be better off removing the muffler and putting a tip on the cat. The change that people are feeling from removing the cat is bad pulse tuning.
