• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Ninja 900 trike

I knew of a guy in the Salem Oregon area that built a couple nice reverse trikes using FJR1300 Yamaha's. Scary fast. 145hp and not much weight.

145 HP from a Kawasaki 900 motor. Maybe BRP should start sourcing their motors from Kawasaki. They don't even pull close to that from their 1330. Before someone starts talking about reliability......Jap bikes are pretty much bullet proof.

A great toy for anyone with enough $$$ (or insert the currency designator of your choice) and not in need of weather protection or carrying capacity. Although I'd much rather have the Ariel Atom I do like the standard "shorts inflating" feature on this machine. Great for summer days but not so good when driving through swarms of insects. I can't imagine an irritated wasp being unwillingly shot up my inflated shorts leg, for example. That would really peg the excitement meter in my opinion. ;)

Cool. ..

Autocycle catagory but does look more fun than the others...We built one like it with a Gilera 300 engine and vespa wheels back some 55 years ago. Was scary cause cars were much bigger back then....:yikes: nothing like jumping out running up front and kick starting your ride....:roflblack:

BRP is way to conservative to make a screamer like this. But yes, they should outsource some of their major parts. It would improve reliability and lower the prices.

Did you ever run into any of the Ace Morgans that were being built out there?
They are unbelievably pretty! :D

Excellent points and you are right on correct.
