There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I've logged almost 12k miles with the OEM windshield that comes with the RS. Part lazy, part money, part I just got used to the wind. I just purchased a nice clear 21" windshield and three things came to mind

I should have done this a looooong time ago :banghead:
Without the constant wind in my chest I'm leaning farther forward (not good)
I better wind displacement makes for a much less rattling ryde

I really had no clue how much difference a little extra plastic in front of me would make. The Nelson Riggs cover still fits nicely over the entire Spyder too. :thumbup: $150 well spent --> Cee Bailey

I still have the OEM and will likely use it in the heat of summer.
