• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Nice little ride today

It was 70 degrees today, decided to take the Spyder on a ride. went up to Helen about 70 miles. For those who don't know, Helen is an old logging town in the foothills of the Ga mountains, which was converted to look like an Alpine village about 40 or 50 years ago, everything, the motel 6, the Wendy's, etc. looks kike something from the German Alps. Parked the Spyder outside of Hans, the local biker bar and grill, and had lunch. It was fun to sit back and watch all the people stop and look. It got more attention than any of the choppers or any other bike there. To be fair my Boss Hoss trike gets as much attention. The Boss Hoss bike or the Rune usually gets more attention than anything there. But not like the Trike or the Spyder. After a stop at Chattaochee Biker Gear, I went thru Unico state park, than down 197 to Batesville. another biker stop, at the general store, then on 197, a winding road running along a mountain stream, to Clarksville, then Demorest to 365 and on home. Only about 170 miles, but a nice enjoyable ride. Hope everyone else had as good a day.

We had to do chores - winterize the camper and rake leaves :( Glad you had a nice day though! We've got NO CHORES tomorrow! :2thumbs: My :spyder:is in for service so I'll be riding B*tch on the Harley tomorrow

Got to winterize my toyhauler also. Living in Ga I can wait a little closer to Turkey Day. Supposed to be 70 tomorrow, So will ride tomorrow, Will probably let the Spyder rest and take one of the other bikes. If next weekend is as nice will ride the Rune with other Rune owners. It hasn't been ridden since I brought it home from the Myrtle Beach Rally. Before Spyder.
