• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

NFL topic

What is Foosball? If it doesn't have wheels I don't watch it. We had the best team in the league and they bailed on us. I can't remember there name as I don't watch it as stated.

Ok, I'll bite my tongue, so the topic doesn't get pulled, and the ill informed can feel right at home, heck you will have your Sundays back so you can attend Nascar races, I hear attendance has been down.

On a side note (most people here don't read side notes, just presidential tweets, and Ala, Alla, Alabama rahrahs.) I am so happy the Rams came back to Los Angeles.(probably more so as I see my brother more often.) The first year was atrocious to watch, my brother has always stayed a Rams fan even when he moved to Texas and they moved to St Louis. Now he got season tickets and flys out from Texas to watch as many games as he is able to. I just ordered a #6 Hekker Jersey to wear to the games.......... But the real issue began when Colin Kaepernick, a 3rd string QB for the 49ers choose to not stand for the National Anthem because of the injustices suffered by blacks and other people of color in this country. PERIOD. Someone else made it about Patriotism and Veterans and what like. This is not that. Hello, We ALL love AMERICa, some have opinions about how it could be more fair, Just, sympathetic or cruel to it's citizens. A lot of other discussion and opinions on both sides happened because of that. Don't want to hash over old news. However I did read an article that said the NFL does have, not a rule but a policy that does address this issue about what to do when the anthem is played. Basically this could be grounds for not playing a game in this free country we call America. Ok so whats next................. I will tell you,.............next tweet here :rolleyes:

And all those who take a knee are to be commended for the contributions they make of their time and money to overcome those injustices. The inspiring words they give to the young to stay in school, stay off drugs, speak English, show respect to their parents, show respect to their wives, etc.
Yeah, the kneelers are doing wonderful things. :rolleyes:

:lecturef_smilie: You didn't bite your tongue one damn bit: you dove right back into the process of politicizing what had become a non-political discussion.

Please delete your post.
Once a post is quoted it serves no purpose to delete. The irony is you say I politicized the discussion, from my view point, you and others had by agreeing to just one opposite point of view. T(yped without spell check, in a rush to leave for work)

Had I caught your original post earlier: rest assured that I would not have have quoted it. nojoke
But now that we know what's being discussed: I'll delete it from my post... :thumbup:

NFL = Not For Lions.

Lions get screwed again, so what's new. If that TD at the end would have been any of the NFL's chosen teams (Packers, Cowboys, Pats, etc.) that TD would never have been overturned.

Was there a game on last night with my former "favorite" teams to watch? I watched Penn & Teller, made a pizza, and practiced my guitar instead. :yes:
