• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I'm alot like Motz - I've got more helmets than I need. Just picked up another little shorty today - looks like the kind of helmet you play polo with. Very ligth, not DOT but just right for the summer as I can't stand having anything on my head in hot weather but this will keep the sun out of my eyes, my hair from getting into knots. That is my summer thing. When it comes to the cold weather I'll wear my 3/4 and I put stereo speakers in that one. I have a full face but still can get used to it - I feel too constricted and it pushes my cheeks up my nose.

I think I have like 5 helmets now.

QUOTE=bone crusher;103070]Motz,

What is it with you and helmets? I'm almost willing to bet you have as many helmets as socks??

I like my IS-16 Scratch...does all I need it to, is cheap, and is quite light...good way to go, IMHO...[/QUOTE]

I've been looking at some Shark Evoline reviews. Has anyone seen or used this helmet? It also seems to have an interesting modular design.

Excellent helmet. Love the fact that you can use it as a 3/4 helmet around town. It won't try to take your head off at speed like the other modular helmets do if you ride with them opened.

Unfortunately I will probably sell mine. You need a round head. If a Shoei fits you well, then the Evoline will work good. Mine is in great shape in case you are interested ... Size Large.
