• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Newbie!

Thanks for all the welcomes. Makes me feel at home!...Someone asked about my experience with my RT since I have been riding it for about a year. I am loving it but still getting us to the curves. I get kind of scared around them especially if it's a down hill slope with curves. I tend to slow down abit. My husband says that I'm getting better with my speed. lol He rides a Harley CVO. With having a reg. trike before the RT, all I can say is the best thing I ever did was get the RT.

I look forward to meeting other spyder riders soon![/QUOTE

Welcome to the forum. This is a great place to hang out and get all of your Spyder info.

It took me a little bit to get the cornering down too. Like you, I was slowing down to take a corner because my RT felt like it wanted to wallow around and it didn't feel very stable. I found some great tips on the forum that helped me. Air up the front tires to 18-20 lbs. Put 28-30 lbs in the rear tire. Stiffen up the front shocks to the 4 or 5 setting. When you corner, lean towards the hand that is pulling the handlebar toward you. After a while, you will get the hang of it and you won't over exagerate your leaning. It will become second nature.

Hi! Thanks for the info. I will have to give that a try.

Great people on a great site.
And even greater that you're here as a survivor!
