• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Newbie forum member from South Central Texas - "Howdy!"

Welcome to Spyderlovers, we love you write up in joining. both my wife and I have spyders and truly enjoy riding together and with other spyder owners we have met.
We hope to see you at one of the spyder events or just on the road somewhere. Yall sound like where we were at the beginning of the year, I had a BMW cruiser and my wife had just purchased a 2012 RS, but now she is on a 2011 RT and I have the RS.

Thank you Gunner! We will be going to the rally in the Texas Hill Country in October that I just found out about. It's in our backyard! Wow, you switch from 2 to 3 just recently. Mr. SmallPasture can't seem to handle my spyder. He says it's like riding a 4wheeler at highway speeds and it freaks him out. I don't understand what his problem is. Then again I can't ride a motorcycle as I've proven in the past!:yikes:

Hope to meet you and the Mrs. soon!

Well Come On In

Congratulations on your new baby, and enjoy all the freedom it will bring you.
And all the time spent here. ;-)

Very Happy Trails...

Chas

Welcome to a great site

Hello from a former La Vernia resident. Loved the small town feel, lived there 5 years. Currentlt in Phoenix where it is 115 degrees. This forum is the most educational and helpful forums I have ever been with. I currently ride a 2011 RSS. Mods include RLS exhaust, custom grips, RIVCO driver floorboards. Currently working on custom sound system courtesy of Mr. Hayes. Again welcome.:f_spider:

For back seat drivers

Congrats and enjoy the freedom...

I'm surprised that there aren't vanity mirrors on the back of some helmets. ;-)

Ride safe and long.
