• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Good day all, I replied to a different post introducing myself, sorry about that as this is the first time joining any forum, I picked up My 2009 GS SE5 2450 miles on it, this morning at 9:30 and i was late to work (start time was 12:00) it is only a 40 minute car drive from dealer to work, the site did not say how much fun the Spyder really is, this thing is a blast and i can't wait till i am finished in 50 minutes to get back on and ride. Thanks to all of those who contribute to the site, with all the info on it i was confident that i made a great decision.

I work from home but the commute on the Spyder in the mornings can take me 2 hours or more, the commute back even longer:-) Have fun and welcome.

Welcome..!! Welcome..!!

to the roadster world and this site. Congrats on the new ryde..always liked the yellow and black..!! :2thumbs: enjoy the ryde and massage the cheeks cause the smiling can weigh heavy on them...

Welcome and congratulations on your Spyder. You will find that everything is suddenly further away and the shortcuts are no longer an option. Have fun.

I KNOW THIS MAY SEEM IRRELEVANT

.....But trust me on this .....You should have it ...LAZER ALIGNED........and only lazer aligned ....the factory method is no where near as accurate ( and this is what almost all dealers use )....and :congrats: and .:welcome:

Take the long ways home, from now on...

Suddenly playing in the rush hour traffic is fun again.
So, congrats to you on the new Spyder, & a big friendly well come on in, to the forum frivolity.

Ride safe and long...

Happy trails.

Chas
