Review: New Year 2021 Ride Plan

Getting the new year ride / and events plan ready now that the area is starting to open up again after the last year+ of covid-19 shut down. I'm starting to get some local ride fliers so I will be posting them here like I did for 2019 . Most of the rides I post are in the southern part of PA near the I 81 area. I will post the details on them as I get them. So I'm looking forward to a good year with lots of rides making new friends and helping where I can. Let the thread begin.

I'm posting this one because I know there are local groups going for at least one day. Can be a nice ride up US 30 to this one from here (110 miles 2+ hour ride).

Riding for a Purpose Saturday, August 7th.

The Newville First Church of God will be holding a Motorcycle Ride in support of the PAWS Packs Ministry.
This ministry provides weekend meals for local school children who would otherwise go hungry. Please come support our efforts to help the children.
When: Saturday, August 7, 2021
Where: Newville First Church of God 475 Shippensburg Road, Newville, PA
Registration: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Cost: Driver $15 (Passenger $10)

Ride will return to the Church for a meal. RSVP is requested ( but not required ) to help with meal preparation. ***Sunday September 19th 2021 Registration at 12:00pm at St. Thomas PA. Legion cruze starts at
1:30pm. This event is for motorcycles and jeeps! Your donations will be helping the family of this
young boy battling leukemia!
Bransyn is 4 years old and fighting leukemia. His family will need all the support they can get from
the community! Cancer is always devastating, but to be told your four year old son is diagnosed is a
whole different level of devastation. The family has a long journey ahead of them with their son and
hopefully we can as a community give them some uplifting support along the way! Let’s join together
and help this family out. September is also leukemia awareness month!
$20 donation per person. Food will be provided! Cold Spring Union band will play from the time we
return to the legion till 5pm!
The cruze will leave the legion at 1:30pm and head to Fort Loudon PA on rt 30, turn onto 75 heading
towards Mercersburg PA, then will be taking 416 to route 16 through Mercersburg into Upton, to 995n to
rt 30 and head back to the legion. Bransyn's most favorite bike and jeep will get $75 at the end of the
event. Let's make this big!
