• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New Video: Ride to Bernalillo

Hi everyone,
I recently had the opportunity to put the helmet cam on one of my good friends and get the perspective of the rider on the back. Of course I set it to music and threw in a few effects. Hope you enjoy!

Nice video! I love that part of NM.

I must be getting old cuz the video was nicer (on my ears) to watch on mute. :sour:

Awesome video as always !!! The only thing Holly sees on the back of my Spyder is the back of my head. Was your rider 7ft tall ??? :dontknow:

Thank you so much for sharing. I love the SW. I see you had enough snow to suggest its winter, but not enough to make the roads bad.

I woke up to a foot of snow this AM--so I am going out to get ready to remove it.

Also enjoyed the view from the passenger seat. Now you have me thinking about a helmet cam for next season.

And I said I was not going to buy anything more. Info about your cam would be helpful.

Thanks, akspyderman

Thanks for the feedback. Love you guys! cooler.gif

The camera is the same one that Lamont, CaptBlack, and several others use--the Drift HD 170 Stealth. Since the new one came out you can get it for about $160--which for 1080p filming, 60 fps, and all the included mounts--is a steal!

And no...my rider was about 5'7". I'm right at 6 feet tall. That was a funny comment. :D

I hope you all have a merry Christmas! And I can't wait to meet you next June.

Best,
ABQ

Nice Job Andy

I love the crystal clear winter sky out there and it looked like the perfect day to explore. Thanks for sharing.

I have been shooting in the default mode so now I am going to try the 1080 with the 60 f/s and see what I get. Keep riding and posting ...
