• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New to Mesa AZ and looking for service 2014 Spyder RT. Any trusted dealers in the area?

There are 2 dealerships in the area that I know of. Ride Now and Nash Motorsports. I have not had good experiences with either one. But, it's been a couple of years since I owned my Spyder so maybe they got better. The only dealer I would use for anything but routine maintenance is Sierra Cycles in Sierra Vista. It's a few hours trip there, but worthwhile. Also, make sure any place you choose to go knows that you have a vehicle that's over 10 years old. If my feeble memory is correct, Ride Now won't welcome your money to work on a 10+ year old vehicle. Good luck.....

Thanks for the heads up. Did you prefer the trike over the Spyder? I'm thinking about going back to a Goldwing trike since it is so hard to find a good Spyder dealer when on the road riding older models.

I wholeheartedly recommend 2 Guys Garage. They have worked on my '13 STL and my currently owned '16. I have always been satisfied with the work, the price and the honesty.

I was not aware of Two Guys Garage when I owned my Spyder. I rode (2 wheel) Goldwings for many, many years before going to a Spyder. Never had a problem getting Honda service regardless of the bikes age. I sold the Spyder 1 week after the warranty expired and transitioned to a Goldwing trike, a move I never regretted. No problem getting reasonable and timely service on the Honda trike. If there was a reasonable and timely BRP service infrastructure in place, I would probably still have the Spyder today. The lack of support, parts availability, shops trained and willing to work on a Spyder, and long waits for even routine service appointments are what drove me away from the Spyder. I'm not anti-BRP, I had a Can Am ATV and a Can Am Side-by-Side and had no problem with service locally. It seems Spyder service is "special". Right before I sold it, it took 2 full months to diagnose, obtain parts, and change out a faulty fuel pump. Not acceptable! Sounds like Two Guys Garage is worth checking out. Good luck.....
