• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New spyder

Yeah thinking of more going with the red and adding all the black pieces from the special series. It would be one of a kind as all I see is black spyders.

Another question guys, should I go with the full red limited or the f3-t red and black????

I like the red without the chrome. So I got the T and had the silver parts painted. Check out my dig pic and this:

That looks awesome man! Looking at it I'll probably get the limited red and get all the chrome parts replaced with the black from the special series model. .

Cleaning? Or pretending it's not dirty.

(Full disclosure - I have the "steel black metallic" 2015 F3.)

Now, I will grant you that keeping the Black clean is a bit of a chore, but it's a loving chore for me. Nothing like the drifting off during the mindless application of Mcguire's and watching the black paint gleam while streaming '70's rock and roll in the garage. :ohyea:

As to the other colors (there are, in fact, only two choices...Black and everything else.) Think about it: The dirt doesn't show as much on other colors...I'll give you that...but it is still there!!! You are driving around with a dirty Spyder pretending that its clean...

I'm just saying....... :roflblack:

.........Think about it: The dirt doesn't show as much on other colors...I'll give you that...but it is still there!!! You are driving around with a dirty Spyder pretending that its clean......

:hun: But isn't that the whole point??! :sour:

We're out there 'driving around on a dirty Spyder' that 'possibly' has dirt on it that no-one can see, while you're back at home missing out on some great ryding, simply because you're too busy cleaning your Spyder..... again!!

I know what I'd rather be doing..... & it ain't cleaning those 37 specs of dust that stand out like dogs b....'s off my Spyder!! Heck, once I start ryding for the season, I'll generally only wash my Spyder if it rains ---- by ryding it in the rain!?!

 :ohyea:

Well after having a good time in my phone drawing parts of the bike from chrome to black I can finally reveal the final product of what was in my head and I can say she turned out alot nicer then I thought and the drawings I made.. Here she is :)

I like what you did. I too was going for the triple black RT special but decided on the orbital blue with black. I'm working on filling in the rest with black.

I do own several black denim bikes and they don't show dust like the gloss black but bugs and debris must be removed as soon as possible. If you run too much you will actually polish the denim right off it. Enjoy the spyder:yes::clap::clap:

That blue must be pretty nice with black as well :) I was never one to do chrome on my things depending what it was and what the color is. I really loved the red but wasn't to happy with all the chrome on it.. mind u I still have all the chrome pieces that I will have to sell but at least I'm happy with how she turned out.. congrats on the spyder my friend :)
