Well I went and did it. Picking up a new 2011 RT-S tomorrow. Timeless black with lots of chrome.:clap: Will replace my 2008 RS. Can't wait to get on this black beauty and ride the 60 miles home from the dealer. Will be doing a lot of riding after my surgery recoup. :thumbup: Will try to post pics a little later.hyea:

:dontknow:So, how was the ryde home & :nopic:

The ride home didn't go as excepted. Only got 11 miles from the dealership and the check engine light came on. Beat it back to the dealers and they hooked it up and said it was an o2 sensor but it was 15 minutes before closing so they couldn't fix it. Had to ride the RS home. Only rode the RT 22 miles but what a big difference in machines. The dealer fixed the problem which turned out to be a loose wire on the back o2 sensor and they delivered it to me yesterday.:clap: I'm recouping from surgery on the 16th so all I can do is look at my black beauty. To all out there wondering, I did trade my RS in. Can't wait to hit the road in 2 to 3 weeks. It's going to be a great summer. I'll post some pics later.

Thanks for all the well wishes. The bad thing about recovering is that you have a lot of time to be on the computer which means ordering new accessories for your new tryke. Wait maybe that isn't such a bad thing after all! I have Madstad footrests, tricfenderz leds with led fender tips coming this next week. Got some other goodies on the wish list but Laura took my credit card away. LOL Happy safe riding to all and I see you this summer.
