• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

No, not us...we're still riding the Boss trike....:doorag:

Our good friends from Indy, Dan & Cela, picked up their new RT-S PE (#763, I believe) and trailer from Decatur, IL yesterday then stopped by our place for the night. We rode to dinner so they could put the first 50 miles or so on their new toy. They'll probably kill me for posting pics...but what are friends for? :D

It was really windy last night (gusts up to 35mph), but I kept watching them in my mirrors and even though it is totally new to them (coming off a 1500 Wing 2-wheeler), it didn't look like Dan had any trouble getting used to the steering and handling. He said it seemed really stable. Dan says he loves the SE5 trans.

Leaving our driveway for first real ride.

high winds

Just got back from Easter dinner. When we left it was beautiful. On the way home a cold front came in. Wind 50 mph with gusts up to 70. Unreal, had to pull over and wait for the front to pass. Was really scared I was heading into the ditch. Everything said, while we were waiting it out not one 2 wheel bike passed when we were seeing bikes on the road constantly before that. Hope all those two wheelers are as safe as we are.
