• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just picked up my 2013 Spyder RT SE5 yesterday. It's definitely a change from my Burgman, but I'm starting to get used to it. With almost 30 miles ridden I still catch myself reaching for that brake lever, but less and less as time goes on.

Now to get it registered and pick up a few mods to make it mine!

:congrats:on your spyder and :welcome:to the spyder web. The more miles you put on the spyder the more comfortable you'll become with it. Dale

:congrats: I got my 2013 last September, loving it! I transitioned from a Victory Cross Country Tour, which was a bit of a change also! I reached for the brake, and clutch, lever more than once!

Add another Congrats and Welcome to the list, I too made the transition from 2 wheels to a '13 RT and my wife and I both love it!
We've rode more together more comfortably since Oct '16 than the previous 20 plus years... The many, many old 2 wheelers are just
fond memories now.
Our '13 was stock and our first farkles were all safety and lighting upgrades first, then we've added some comfort and personal farkles.
Switched to car tires, now improving the brakes as my front's are worn to the screechers.
