New Spyder owner in Rio Grande Valley Area

I live in the Rio Grande Valley area. I am in the process of purchasing a Spyder RT-S. I know that there is a dealer in Pharr, TX. However I have heard several friends complain that this dealer is not Spyder friendly. Is there any one who has had dealing with this firm? And if so what can you tell us about them. Is there any other dealer or service firm in the RGV?
