• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New Spyder Owner in NH!

Hi, all. Signed the papers for a new (leftover) 2012 Spyder RT-Limited yesterday! Haven't ridden a motorcycle in almost 40 years and can't wait to pick up the Spyder next week. Trouble is, I let my driver's license endorsement expire years ago so am planning to get a M/C learner's permit on Monday (April Fool's day, of course!). I'm studying both the Spyder owner's manual plus the NH M/C written test manual this weekend, so am experiencing a degree of "mental overload", but if I can pull it off I'll be riding next week. Can't recall being this excited since I was a kid five days before Christmas!

This is a great site and I've learned a lot over the past few days. You're a great bunch of folks!

:congrats: from an old nh native, welcome to the spyder world!:congrats:with that handle looks like you must live on lake winnapasaukee!(I know it's spelled wrong, but that never was my strong suit)

M.O.S.T. inc, in NH offers the MSF 3 wheeled course for license endorsement. I took the class last year. You can take it on your own Spyder. Two days and you are endorsed!!! Welcome and congratulations on your new ride!!!

Welcome, if you haven't already done so, one great learning opportunity is "do's and Don'ts for new Spyder Owners" . Click FAQ And search for it.
I would provide a link if I knew how using TapaTalk.

:welcome: and :congrats: on the new ryde.

Recommend putting the time into the NH license manual until you pass the exam. Then, go to the RT manual. That way you will not run into overload problems. For the test--learn it THEIR (NH's) way.

Thanks for that tip, Woody! I found the post and have printed it out. Great info., especially for a newbie like me.
