New speedometer interface , a deal breaker?

I'm trying to decide between 2012-13 spyder rs s. I like the new speedometer interface and of course the 2012's don't have it. Is the new interface something I can do without I.e. Is there anything that makes the upgrade worth it or if I get the 2012 I wouldn't be missing out on anything. Thanks for all the help. #newbee

I had the same dilemma when buying my spyder. I decided to go with the 13 for the clearer more easy to read display as well as the new handle bars. actually the handle bars of the 12 were more of a deal breaker as they were much too uncomfy as compared to the 13. just my 2 cents
