New smoked out shield. Gonna try it!

I am going try out this new dark smoke shield for the daytime sun on the Durango trip. Never used one this dark, but on my last long trip, the clear shield acted as a magnifying glass. Lots of heat and in addition, trying to wear sunglasses with a snug fitting helmet gets un-comfy after several hours.

So I picked up a couple for mine and ConnieMac's helmets. We will see how it works out.

Once in Durango, I'll be in the shorty helmet and shades, but I do like the full face for longer interstate trips.

It is an Oneal Tirade / Fast track.

We have liked them. They fit my head well and I like the Bluetooth system a lot.

I use a light smoke on one of my helmets and a tinted light blue on the other helmet. Both work very well for all riding.
