Why are some item on No Magic site can order on line an other we have to call?

Not as safe to call on phone with visa - much beter on line for safety.


Some item I want order - but site dont let me on line.

Want carbon fiber for Calsi an some more item.

Because we add so many new products all the time it is not always possible to have them on the site right away.

Also, with some items like exhaust systems and risers we want speak with the customer to be sure they get what they really need to work for their Spyder.

The windshield wraps are a "special order item" only. If you want one of these you will have to call as. Because here again we need to be sure of the size and type of windshield people have.

I don't know what kind of merchants you have been dealing with in the past? But you should not be running into problems with them unless something is very wrong with their company. :dontknow:

More Internet scams are done because people have entered their credit card info into a web site someplace than from normal phone orders with a reputable company.

The website is indicative of a non-chain company but with that comes personal service you can't get anywhere else. If he invested more time and effort in his site, that would mean more overhead and higher costs. Phone-based credit card orders are far more secure than web-based orders. Phones are easier to trace than IP addresses and the throat to choke is only a call away.

No offend meant to No Magic. I have had number taken before when call to order part on line.

When you order on phone your card number is take by human an then ritten down. If order on line an secure site, no human will get your number.

Not 1 time had problems on line with credit card - only when by phone call.

To me on line much much safer an easy.

I wait an see if item on line some day.

I have had my card number stolen both ways, after a phone order, and on line. A crook is a crook, and may show up anywhere. I do not let either incident prevent me from using my card either on-line, or on the phone. Frankly, an employee in a store can do it just as easily, too. We take a chance just by having and using credit cards. The important thing is dealing with a reputable company, and No Magic Neon certainly qualifies.

I generally don't order over the phone either - mainly because I do my online shopping after normal business hours.

Ease of online ordering will increase business for shops that sell aftermarket items.

One of the biggest areas of CC theft is restaurants. Employee turnover is huge and they usually take your card away from the table for a few minutes.

Fortunatly Visa backs the buyer very well during such problems.

I do agree that phone orders that would be written down may offer a security issue if you have many employees around that could snoop.
