• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New Problem with RT Limited, no help in manual, PLEASE HELP ME

Warranty still good.

It should still be under the warranty. Call your dealer and have them come pick it up and haul it back to the shop. Make sure they understand that if they find a 10 spot stuck in there that only half of it is theirs to keep.

do you buy extended warranty on your annual purchases?

=bob=

You know, I was so worried about not being able to read it before starting at night that I bought and installed a led light on the cowl that comes on when the card is pulled out.;)
I found it in the far back pages of the BRP Spyder Catalog . . . . and it was only USA $298.00 plus shipping and handling.:roflblack::roflblack:

 Why didn't I think of that? I just carry a flashlight...

Always get the extended warranty, it helps on the resale.

Anonymous,

Lots of bad information in this thread. BRP sells a 'dongle' that fixes your problem. The part is only $1.78 but labor on the installation is a tad over $1,700.00 since the bike has to be completely disassembled and then 98% reassembled before the part can be installed. Maybe someone will post a YouTube video of it if you want to DIY.

Still, best to call your dealer and ask about it before you risk riding a potentially dangerous machine.

Finally, the offer posted above is garbage. Your :ani29: is worth at least $249.99 in this condition.

Anon (Or is it "Mr. Ymous"?),

Face it; you've voided the warranty, and the Black Helicopters are already in the air! :yikes:
Take the bike to your nearest Fallout Shelter, and trade it in on a 2016 model!
(In red; you haven't had that color yet!)
